'PLANET FITNESS | My Complete Upper Body Workout at Planet Fitness'

'So freaking happy to be back at the gym!!!  That is crazy even typing that sentence but so very true.  Today, I headed back into Planet Fitness and did my upper body workout that included the cable machine and some dumbbells.  This is a perfect workout for any fitness level but especially for someone starting out.  This one was a few super sets where we did 3 rounds for 12 reps  Super set # 1 (3x12)
